What we collect, and why

When you open this page: nothing is stored by us unless you tap "Join". If you choose "Allow" in the cookie notice, a Meta pixel loads and Meta receives information about your visit (for example the page you viewed and a browser identifier) so we can measure which ads bring visitors.

When you tap "Join the free Telegram group": we create a personal one-time invite link for you and store:

• which ad and campaign you came from (from the link you clicked);
• your IP address, to stop automated abuse of the invite links;
• only if you chose "Allow": the Meta click ID and browser ID, and your browser's user agent.

If you then join the channel through that link: our Telegram bot records that the link was used, together with your Telegram user ID. If you chose "Allow", we send Meta a "Lead" event with the identifiers above and a scrambled (hashed) version of your Telegram user ID, so Meta can tell us which ads lead to real members. We never receive your phone number.

Legal basis

• Measuring ads with Meta (pixel and server events): your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.
• Creating your invite link and preventing abuse: our legitimate interest in running the group safely.

Who processes the data

• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (ad measurement, only with your consent)
• Supabase (database and server functions, hosted in the United Kingdom)
• Netlify (hosting this page)
• Telegram (the channel itself, under Telegram's own privacy policy)

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it's used, by messaging @blackboxtradingadmin. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
